   Pumps are used to transfer fluid from a lower level to higher level. Metax has successfully engineered, procured and constructed a number of pumping station projects and complete pump systems.

   Gate Valves: Installed in concrete structures to control and divert the flow of fluid.
   Gate valves that we have supplied include Sluice Gates (Penstocks), Barrage Gates, Weir Gates (Slide Gates), Roller Gates and Butterfly Gates.

   Butterfly Valves: Normally installed in a pipeline to control or stop the flow of fluid by means of rotating a disc via the rotation of the disc's central shaft.

   Check valves: Mechanical valves that permit liquids to flow in only one direction, preventing process flow from reversing. They are classified as one-way directional valves.

   Stoplogs: Welded steel structures designed to close the water intake openings, or to isolate parts of water channels. Placed on top of each other with their ends held in guides on each side of a channel or conduit, they provide a temporary closure, mainly for purposes of inspection and maintenance of the respective flow control equipment, located downstream.
