WS Bioengineering ("WS Bio") is a Singapore incorporated company that controls the technology know-how in the engineering and construction of palm refining facilities, nutrient extraction facilities and biofuel refining facilities. It also owns a majority controlling stake in Oiltek Sdn Bhd (“Oiltek”).

Oiltek is a technology company incorporated in Malaysia in 1981. With over 25 years of experience in engineering, procurement and construction of palm oil refining facilities, nutrient extraction facilities and biofuel refining facilities, it provides a broad range of solutions. In general, the company serves the oils & fats processing industry in South East Asia by offering customized solutions and processing systems for :
